Middle School GT groups are excited about new arts and creativity classes for students who are identified in those areas. The first few weeks we will be studying Impressionism and will be doing some hands on art work with Q-Tips and watercolors. We will be studying pointillism or dotism by creating art works using only dots as did the famous French artist, Seurat.
GT students are also beginning a unit called Route 66 for 7th grade students and European Vacation for 8th grade students. These students are creating a virtual vacation using the internet and their Power Point skills.
Future Problem Solving and Stock Market Teams are also being organized.
